Last week the Crazy Sexy You 21 Day wellness plan started. I decided to start the program this week instead to make my life easier. I did the program last year so I know that it doesn’t matter when you start, as long as you take that first step! My muse decided to come back (finally!) and I have dedicated an art journal to this program. It keeps my busy at night and it curbs my appetite. It is hard to eat with hands covered in paint!
I think the hardest part of the program is the prep work for the meals and trying to figure out how to bring them to work. My hours are wonky. Some days I am treating acupuncture patients from 11:30 – 8:00. Which means I have to be at the office by 11 to set up and may not get home until 8:30-9ish depending on the last patient. I usually walk to work so carrying tons of stuff makes it difficult. And we have a teeny tiny fridge at the office which we share.
The nice thing is I am more aware of things like drinking more water, fitting in my meditation and yoga and I have started tapping (EFT) again. So I am feeling much lighter emotionally. And to start a new… I cut my hair! Wooohooo. I feel GOOD!
before….. dead dry and just tired of holding on to the past!
